Sorry, since we are not an official openstack project, we can not use docs.openstack.org to host our docs. However, we are preparing the documents and hopefully it will be a wiki page till we get permission to use docs.openstack.org.
I will update launchpad project overview with link for dev docs.

Can you help with this problem?
