File/Directory Special Attributes on Property Panel

Asked by Massimiliano Forner

Currently, on the major Linux GUIs, the file attributes are not shown on the file property panels, letting the user changing them only through the use of the CLI Terminal.
Another aspect is the simply sharing of a file or directory. In Ubuntu, this feature is easily achieved through the configuration of the related tab placed on the file property area, but sometimes this procedure get confused and no more available.

The question is, are the Marlin developers going to introduce a related file property section, that let the user to quickly decide if sharing the resource (file or directory it could be), and manipulate the main attributes (like immutable, secure deletion, undeletable etc.)?

file attributes as seen in chattr/lsattr ?
As already answered with the ACL questions there's no immediate plans to support permissions more complex than chmod ones. Althought if somebody want to work on that, i would gladly welcome any contribution.

Can you help with this problem?
