5.3.2 for windows: where is handlersocket plugin ?

both 5.3.2 .msi and .zip downloaded from your site do not seem to contain the handlersocket plugin - no lib\plugin\ha_handlersocket.dll (?), and information_schema.plugins does not show it, so it seems not to be builtin.
Is it avaliable for windows ?

No, it is not available on Windows.
Handlersocket is a 3rd party plugin by DeNA , and out of the box it does not run or compile on Windows at all . If you want to see handlersocket on Windows, please file a request here https://github.com/ahiguti/HandlerSocket-Plugin-for-MySQL/issues

(I suggest that your download page could contain a comment about this, eg "does not contain handlersocket plugin", as in earlier versions "does not contain federated" etc.)
