Feisty Alpha3 had a Bug Reporter tool but it is now gone; how can i get it back and why was it removed?

In my testing of Kubuntu Feisty Alpha3 I found the "Report Problem" tool very useful; it attached machine-specific information as well as logged me in directly to my Malone/Launchpad account.

Now it is gone after an update with Adept, and I really miss it. In addition, I think it would help users get more bug reports into the Free software community.

(I think the menu item was removed in preparation for the final release, to avoid a flood of relatively-unhelpful bug reports.)

Another case of the wrong website, so sorry Matthew Paul Thomas!

Ah, but they may be helpful! And such a tool is inviting for new users to
give bug reports, otherwise they may find something and never go through the
effort of finding the website (or the correct one, as my case seems to be).

I have it confirmed that it was removed, as we didnt want people to be filing bug reports about a week before a new release. It will probably be added back in another update, after feisty's official release (19th)
