Not Authorized To Create List

I cannot create a list from the web page. I've been reading some of the docs, and put apache into mailman's group (and created a mailman group).

You must authenticate (List creator's (authentication) password: at the bottom of the page) with either the site password or the list creator password. Both of these are set with Mailman's bin/mmsitepass. See bin/mmsitepass --help.

That fixed it, and now I've got:

Create a webapps Mailing List
Error: Unknown virtual host: webapps

I added add_virtualhost to mm_cfg.py.

Host names set as DEFAULT_URL_HOST, DEFAULT_EMAIL_HOST and in add_virtualhost() must be fully qualified domain names. Also, for web list create, the host name in the URL of the page must match an add_virtualhost() entry unless VIRTUAL_HOST_OVERVIEW is No or False.
