how to delete an archive entry

Asked by w2f

i recently started using mailman (via cPanel). While setting it up, there were some "tests" sent out to the List, but also, they display the personal email addresses from people who "replied" directly back to the list (instead of the sender- as the List is setup for). It took me a few days to find the setting to stop this (I thought the setting in the "general settings" to "hide" senders email did this, but when it didn't, i looked more thouroughly and found the setting to set the "from" to display the mailing list name instead.

now, i would like to get into the archives somehow and delete the entries that were only "i got it's" checking in- but also to protect the private email addresses in there from being accessed through the archives.

I can not seem to access anything from cPanel. My Hosting services suggested you.

thanks for your help,
I couldn't find this issue elsewhere.
