emails outside my domain are being disabled in mailman

emails outside my domain are being disabled in mailman. what is the cause of this and how can i enbale these email addresses
again and how can i configure mailman globally in order to be more secure

They are presumably being disabled by bounce processing, presumably because Your outgoing MTA can't deliver to foreign domains. Check Mailman's bounce, smtp and smtp-failure logs, your MTA logs and the disabled notices sent to the list owner (assuming bounce_notify_owner_on_disable is Yes) for clues as to what the problem is and fix your MTA configuration.

See the script at <http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/reset_bounce.py> for a way to bulk re-enable delivery to bouncing members.
