Changing Embedded Default URLs

This is related to question 113482, which I also asked. The instructions there were very helpful. I have not only changed the admin directory to lsadmin, I have also changed in Mailman/mm_cfg.py DEFAULT_URL_PATTERN, PUBLIC_ARCHIVE_URL, and DEFAULT_URL_HOST to reflect being redirected through our secure link.

Some of the email generated on subscribe and elsewhere contains the old non-secure URL. What other files should be edited to make sure files like config.pck don't contain the old URL?

If it's easier to re-create the list, there are currently no subscribers. We're still testing.
