getting Mailman mailing lists publicly-advertised

How can i get Mailman mailing lists publicly-advertised.I have just transferred the lists from an old server to a new one both servers are on a different network and have differnt public IP addresses . the response i get is below

"There currently are no publicly-advertised Mailman mailing lists on 196.43.133.75 ". the lists are seen at CLI in slackware linux but do not appear on the webpage,

Assuming the list's Privacy options... -> Subscription rules -> advertised setting is Yes, see the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/lYA9>.
