Files unzipped. How to install?

I have downloaded and unzipped GNU Mailman but how to install? After unzipping all I see are the following unzipped files:

sorry can't copy paste. Here are some seemingly relevant files:

setup.cfg
....

Sorry too many files.....

Checked Start > Programs

and GNU Mailman not there

What to do?

You have downloaded Mailman 3 (understandably as that is the big download button), but it is not what you want.

You want the latest 2.1 stable release which is 2.1.13 and which you will find on the "all downloads" page at <https://launchpad.net/mailman/+download>. The 2.1.13 release tarball contains a full set of documentation, but you may want to look at the on-line installation manual at <http://www.list.org/mailman-install/index.html>.
