cannot view administrator susbcribers

cannot view a particular administrator susbcribers in page told to view in english tells me to

"Click on your address to visit your subscription options page."

Are you trying to go to the user options page or to the roster of members? Is your question "why are there no members on the roster". If so, it is because the list has no members. If not, please clarify what your question is.
