I don't understand your question. Posts delivered from a list will normally contain all those headers. The From: is either the From: of the incoming post or the list's description <address> if the list is anonymous. The To: is either the To: of the incoming post or the recipient's address if the list is fully personalized. The List-*: headers are generated by Mailman or not depending in the list's settings for include_rfc2369_headers and include_list_post_header. The Sender: is set by Mailman to the list-bounces address. The Date: is the Date: of the incoming post and the Subject: is the Subject: of the incoming post with the addition of the list's subject_prefix if any.
