Just as in Question #107252 and Question #107242, You aren't supposed to do that. Confirm URLs are mailed to users with an appropriate confirmation string as part of the URL.

If you want to experiment with visiting all the Mailman CGIs, that's fine, but don't expect them to not produce errors if you supply invalid input.
