Cant start magick-rotation

Hi guys,

i have install magick-rotation without problems. If start new the laptop i dont see the magick-rotation icon
in the taskbar.

If i type in terminal "python2 magick-rotation" without "" i became this

[obi8@obi8-pc-2 magick-rotation]$ python2 magick-rotation
Please install pynotify. It is not required but it makes the experience better.
