What have I done?
==========
New database
Installed all modules that the magento connector required
Made new instance- have put the username and password of magento's user in the authentification box
Put the new location - in my case is http://www.helpan.ro/ << magento location
click reload referential mapping templates
and when i try synchronize i get this error.

What i am doing wrong ?

Looks like either you have entered wring credentials for the user
(or)
The web services user doesnt have previleges.

Create a web services user in magento from system > Web services > Users and assign(or create) a role with all priveleges.

Nope .. i tried to connect in administrator with that username and it worked.

Please can you give a try to connect to my website?

Hello I repeat that the administrator username and password is NOT the web services username and password.

Can you confirm that the username and password are Web services u/n and p/w. (NOT the magento backend login and password)
