Does it use the Smile module for Magento? How can I install this module ?

how to download with bzr ? i am not familiar with this kind of installation ? I have to install using Bazaar ?

You have to use Bazaar to download from trunk using the branch link and copy the folder to OpenErp Server/addons.
You can donwload it here: http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download

To download the branch you need just hit branches above this page and copy the branch link into bazaar and pull the revsions to you local folder.
From the branches the first one is for OpenErp and the second one is to implement in your magento install. Please note that the magento module is not in the right folder structure. The folder Openlabs should be copied to yourmagentodomain/app/code/community/

Can you confirm that the Openlabs folder is going to the wrong location?

The trunk comes in this folder structure:
Openlabs_OpenERPConnector-1.1.0 containing the folders app and Openlabs.

If you use pear installer or Magento Connect it will go to the right folders because the installation XML file will tell Magento where it has to go.
If you manually upload using FTP you will have to upload the app folder to the root and the Openlabs folder to /app/code/community/
