Imported Orders not recognizing paymen received

Hi, We have been trying to integrate the connector with our live site for some time now and we now have this problem

When we import credit card orders it creates an invoice, but it does not recognize that payment was received. In all Magento credit transactions when an order is placed it automatically skips pending and goes to processing state. But the payment received does not register. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get that working? Thanks!
