Problem with PPPC4DMID

ERROR: PPPC4DMID not installed. Please install by typing "install PPPC4DMID"
but i already install it quite few time,

Then i also got this:

Command "launch" interrupted with error:
ValueError : array of sample points is empty

Hi,

Do you have a debug file generated?
This should give me more information about what your issue is.
