Madanlysis stuck on "Generating all plots"

I have been trying to generate events using Pythia and MadAnalysis but the code gets stuck on the following commands:

=> sample format: LHE file produced by MadGraph5.
    => total number of events: 100 ( analyzed: 100 ; skipped: 0 )
    * Finalizing all components ...
    * Total number of processed events: 100.
    * Goodbye.
    *******************************************************
   Checking SampleAnalyzer output...
   Extracting data from the output files...
   Preparing data for the reports ...
   Generating all plots ...

Initially I thought is was cause I was generating 10 000 events and that is why is was taking long, I moved to 100 events and it has been stuck here for over 30minutes.

Is there something I could be doing wrong?
