problem with fastjet and algorithm

Hello MadAnalysis5 experts,
I have generated a SUSY event via PYTHIA8 and I export the results in a .lhe file
The problem is that when I include (in reco mode) the fastjet package and the antikt algorithm I only get empty histos for the PTs and MT_METs of leptons.
On the other hand, when I launch normal mode (not reco mode) I get empty histos for the PTs and MT_METs of jets
Note that this doesn't happen with SM events and that I have tried using different algorithms and hand writing different definitions for my jets or b-jets but nothing works
