how to run MadAnalysis5 in a script file?

Hi

When you launch mg5 it asks you which extensions to use.

It actually asks nothing? I just run the txt file and , it started analysing and producing result

First of all this is a madgraph issue not madanalysis. Secondly when you run mg5 either from main interface by typing launch or through your analysis folder typing ./bin/generate_events you will see following;

| 1. Choose the shower/hadronization program | shower = Pythia8 | OFF |
| 2. Choose the detector simulation program | detector = Not Avail. | Please install module |
| 3. Choose an analysis package (plot/convert) | analysis = Not Avail. | Please install module |
| 4. Decay onshell particles | madspin = OFF | ON|onshell|full |
| 5. Add weights to events for new hypp. | reweight = OFF | ON |

Either type the switch number (1 to 5) to change its setting,

From there you can choose which modules to be used given that the modules are installed through mg5 interface.
