How to define Zeppenfeld variable in Madanalysis5

Asked by Jian-Nan Ding

Hi, professor,

In our analysis, we study the vector boson scattering process at parton level (.lhe file). And we found that the CMS collaboration have set a cut on Zeppenfeld variable, which seems haven't been defined in Madanalysis.

Therefore, we want to define a Zeppenfeld variable as follow:

      z = fabs (eta(l) - ( eta(j[1]) + eta(j[2]) )/2 ) / sdETA( j[1] j[2])

and set some cut on it.

How can I define such variable in Madanalysis5 ?

Best regards,
Jian-Nan
