MadAnalysis5 failed to produce the reconstructed event file for reconstruction 'BasicReco'.

I have run the command launch with shower = Pythia8 , detector = Delphes, analysis = MadAnalysis5, madspin = OFF, reweight = OFF,
Then I get the following errors:

ERROR: MadAnalysis5 failed to create PDF output
---
Error detected in "generate_events run_01"
write debug file /Users/YuenTing/eehz/run_01_tag_1_debug.log

i dont think you have madAnalysis installed correctly,

remove the previous one you have in HEPTOOLS, then

mg5 > install MadAnalysis

follow instruction on mg5

there shouldnt be a problem

Please make sure texlive is installed. Usually, this solves the PDF problem.
