MadAnalysis 5

MA5 failed to produce event file

I am using Ubuntu16.04LTS.
When I run the command 'launch', choosing 'shower=Pythia8' and 'analysis=MadAnalysis5', I got an error report:

ERROR: MadAnalysis5 failed to create PDF output

Later after Pyhtia8 run is completed, I got an error messege:

Error detected in "generate_events run_01"
write debug file /home/saumyen/HEP_Package/MG5_aMC_v2_6_1/pp2tt~1/run_01_tag_1_debug.log

MadGraph5Error : MadAnalysis5 failed to produce the reconstructed event file for reconstruction 'BasicReco'.

No idea what to do? Will be very thankful if you can resolve the issue.

Could you please provide me all log files and material allowing me to reproduce the issue?
