"generate" commands not implemented/missing

Hello,

I've just started using MadAnalysis and I didn't have problems in the installation (both as standalone and
with MadGraph). Nevertheless I don't have the generate_html, generate_latex and generate_pdflatex commands.
If I type
ma5>generate_pdflatex try
I get this error:
 ** WARNING: Command "generate_pdflatex" not implemented, please try again.
and if I list the available commands with
ma5>help
I get

Documented commands (type help <topic>):

Did I miss some steps in the installation?
