How to run at certain times of day: Scheduler

Asked by addisand

Hi,

I can't see this anywhere on the site, or related to any other topic, so here goes.

I get traffic shaped, or rather anyone using the likes of BT gets their bandwidth throttled at certain times of day. Is it possible to have lottanzb run at defined times of the day. For instance only process the queue between midnight and 7am GMT when everyone else isn't using the internet in the UK.

Can anyone help? I write software for a living, but don't really want to tweak the python code and/or use cron on my Ubuntu box if it already does this.

Hi.

As of the next release of LottaNZB (0.6 probably) we will use a different back-end. This means that we will switch from HellaNZB to SabNZBd. SabNZBd actually does support scheduling and this means that we will support it as well. At the moment, there's no way to do it that I know of.
