Download Sticks on 99%

When downloading it gets to 99% with a small number of megabytes left and then stops.
Time remaining says 0 but there is data left to download.

If I close and reopen the software it will download a few more KB but then stop again.

Perhaps a stupid question, but is your hard drive full?

Nope nowhere close.
I left the software open and after about 10 minutes it started to process the files.

Pretty annoying but at least it's working.

Hi rpcutts,

there is obviously something wrong with HellaNZB, the backend software that LottaNZB uses. There have been reports about similar problems during the past years and some of the issues seem to be fixed by now.

Do you encounter this bug everytime you download something?

I suggest you to make sure you have the latest HellaNZB version, which is 0.13 (either by running "hellanzb --version" on the console or in LottaNZB's message log. You could also enable HellaNZB's debug mode by changing the line

# Hellanzb.DEBUG_MODE = ""

in the file ~/.lottanzb/hellanzb.conf to something like

Hellanzb.DEBUG_MODE = "~/hellanzb-debug"

In case you want to get in touch with the HellaNZB developers, you'll need this debug information anyway.
