Freddy Peralta is right. For the moment, LottaNZB is not meant to be used on Windows. All components required by LottaNZB (GTK, Python, HellaNZB, etc.) are also available for Windows, so it would theoretically work. However, it would require us to make some Windows-specific modifications in LottaNZB's code and create some sort of an installer, since we wouldn't want our Windows users to separately install tons of things. Additionally, I don't have any Windows installation nearby right now and maintaining the Windows port would be quite time-intensive.

So what I suggest is to use the application suggested by Freddy Peralta. Or GrabIt.
