Everything is blank as soon as i open lottanzb

I reinstall ubuntu recently and I instaled lottanzb and everything is blank I cannot even go to preferences its completely grey me to add my usenet provider. How would I go to fix this issue so i can use the program. Is this some kind of secuirty issue blocking me for being being able to use lottanzb? I also have sabnzbd installed.

I am use amd64 bit ubuntu.
