LottaNZB keeps hanging at downloading/Verifying Par files

Hi, I have downloaded the LottaNZB Ubuntu Packages from your download page (running Ubuntu 8.04). I use Hellanzb from the usual ubuntu repositories.

Whenever additional par files are needed lottanzb seems to be stuck repeatedly download and verifying. I have waited for many minutes. The download counter counts down to 0 while downloading and then resets back to where is was at first, keeping downloading and verifying never stopping.

Anybody have any idea what's going on?

(ps: looked at the hellanzb log file but it just says that additional par files are needed and downloading them)

Thanks for reporting this. However, I think that this might be a problem with the HellaNZB daemon. If you disable smartpar in the general tab, this problem might be solved for you.

I have the same issue with version 0.4, running ubuntu 8.10 32bits, i don't want to disable smartpar, i want to save bandwidth... This is a really annoying bug, i hope someone fixes this as soon as possible...

This happens very often and when it happens everything is set to queued and nothing happens.
smartpar should be disabled by default until this annoying show stopping bug has been completely fixed.
