Adding Synopsis field for Meetings?

Where would be the best place to request a feature for the Loco Directory? I'd like to see a synopsis field for the meetings, so when a meeting is completed, rather than having to review the logs, there could be a text field (possibly for each agenda item) consisting of what occurred, and who has the next steps.
