New plugin submission

Hi,

I have made a plugin for livewallpaper in python and OpenGL, using the "circles" plugin as a base. My project displays common patterns (joseki) in the game of go. Currently it is hosted on github, here: https://github.com/bmilojkovic/livewallpaper-joseki-plugin . I was wondering if you would be interested in including it in a future version of livewallpaper, and if so, how should we proceed?
