Is it any chances to implement Web-interface for LinuxDC++ ? Sometimes its very useful.

Not likely anytime soon. LinuxDC++ would have to be redesigned in such a way to have a daemon backend a la deluge and support multiple UI's. We don't even have enough contributors to work on the existing minor bugs/features, let alone such a major undertaking as this.
