The connect dialog is only if you know the address of the hub you are trying to connect to. If you're not trying to connect to a specific hub, you can browse a list of available hubs by opening the public hubs tab. From there you can see a list of hubs with varying attributes and connect to them or add them to your list of favorite hubs for future reference. Make sure you configure your user name and connection type in preferences first before connecting to a hub though.

Can you help with this problem?
