Segmented uploads

How can I stop segmented uploads? I am sharing my data over the local network.
I have ticked the antifrag downloads option in queue preferences.
I couldn't find any option for upload, and also for upload speed limits.

You can only disable segmented downloads, not uploads. Also, there is no option to limit upload speeds and probably never will be (see https://answers.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/+question/24205). For disabling segmented uploads, please check with DC++ people since we're just a port.
