First problem, i have 0.3.13 which is okay with cp1251 and any newer versions are not working with that encoding. The second problem is "hide share" I got an oper status in one hub and my share is 0

uh, 0.3.13 of what?

Share being 0 is probably due to the hub, which decides to hide share size of ops in the list. It has nothing to do with the client.

Seems alx talks about libdc 0.3.13 and Valknut DC client, maybe he mixed development-support resources ?
And Razzloss is right - it`s hub problem, not a DC client.
