Yes, you can: find .glade files and translate they.

@VoaNerges: No, that's not a good idea since the glade file is a template. It would be a wasted effort.

Yes, its stupid, but linuxdcpp hasn't i18n localization support, as i know and thats the problem. If you know better way to translate it, just tell me and Russian translation will be ready as soon as possible.

Well, the new core is the blocker, it has the changes needed to use gettext. Problem is LinuxDC++ is not adapted yet. Work on this is done in the 0705-core branch. Obviously it would help if someone knowledgeable on GUI developing helped out.
