->wishlist: sound notification is needed

There is text chat is implimented...
Personal messages opens silent so if I'm a tech crew I need to realtime observe the screen...

Could you use system beep to prevent sound system involvement? Please!
Just system beep.
1 beep - load is done
2 beep - pm
3 beep ...
1+1
2+1
3+1
1+2
...
More than 3 beeps people can't use effective.

So there will be settins page "sound" where users can set the match "beeps"-"action"

You can use first "byte" to mark the subsystem
beep + beep -- download finished
beepbeep+ beep -- new PM
beepbeep+ beepbeep -- message in a PM window.

In 1.0.3, we have sound notifications. I'm assuming you're using latest trunk in which case we still need to fix the sound notifications since they were broken by the core upgrade.

Can you help with this problem?
