Need to restore after computer will not boot properly after Optimizing (BSOD)

Upon rebooting after the Optimizer finished successfully, the system now has a Blue Screen. I need to completely restore the operation from a command-line or an external mount of the Hard Drive. Where are the files located to perform a restore to before I optimized the registry? Thank you.

Hi David,

Little Registry Optimizer creates backups via Windows' System Restore. You will need to boot from the Windows disc in order to do a System Restore, or, (if you can) boot into safe mode and do a System Restore that way.
