Misconfiguration in portable edition

Little Registry Cleaner Portable Edition is set by default to save logs and backup of deleted reg entries into "%CommonProgramFiles%\Little Registry Cleaner", but once that it's "portable", it should save them into Reg Cleaner path.

Hi,

I found out the backup directory is not being set correctly when a user opens the options window. And, I have also added two different settings for the backup and log directories so if it is the portable edition, it will be set to the current directory, and if it is not, it will be the common program settings. These changes have been commited to the branch and will be released along with 1.4...
