Little Registry Cleaner

Can not send an error report

I just installed Little Registry Cleaner.
When asked to repair or when open the uninstall manager, the program shows a window report "Crash Reporter - An exception occured in a component of Little Registry Cleaner" so I tried to send it but program can not send the report; it shows a new window reporting "The error report could not be created".
What can I do?

Its sort of hard to explain but this error is usually caused because of something called an IOException which can be derived from one of the following excepetions:
    * DirectoryNotFoundException
    * EndOfStreamException
    * FileNotFoundException
    * FileLoadException
    * PathTooLongException

However, this bug has already been reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/lilregcleaner/+bug/367593. You can also try to fix this error by making sure the error directory exists at %CommonProgramFiles%/Little Registry Cleaner/Errors

1. %CommonProgramFiles%/Little Registry Cleaner/Errors do not exist at
all.

2. I’m using a Spanish version of Windows XP SP3 so, software was
automatically installed in “Archivos de programa” (C: Program files –
translation). There is a folder named “Archivos comunes” (Common files –
translation) (C: Archivos de programa/Archivos comunes- inside “Archivos de
programa” where Little Registry Cleaner is installed) where Little Registry
Cleaner has a folder named Logs, where logs are stored (please attachments);
that’s all.

3. I will uninstall program and install again in the English folder
“Program files” and test it again.

I don’t understand why this report has a mix of English and Spanish
descriptions. Nevertheless the language is Latinoamérica, I have other
English software running from Program Files with no problem.

You are still having a problem:

1. %CommonProgramFiles%/Little Registry Cleaner/Errors do not exist at

I am sorry but I am not sure what else I can do. The error report is probably like that because of the way your language is set. You will have to wait for the next version to be released so that the uninstall manager will open properly. A bug report can be created so that crash reports can be converted to English. Thanks
