Antivirus says update has trojan malware

When I tried to download the latest Little Registry Cleaner, my Vipre Antivirus software said it contained trojan malware. What's up with this? I downloaded the last update (v1.4.2) without any problem.

Hi Rick, We are aware of this problem and I will try to contact Vipre to see if they can resolve this issue. In the meantime, please ignore the alert from VIpre as it is a "false-positive". If you're unable to ignore the alert from Vipre then please use the Portable Edition. You may also take a look at the online virus scan report (http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=8f8614cc6515dd4c0cb2a701ebf04c1a198b2161547a604261e712de72729f4a-1317446917) to see that Vipre is the only one detecting it as malware.
