Exchange Data Provider for Lightning

I've added both Lightning and the Exchange Data Provider for Lightning to my Thunderbird (most recent release on a MacBook), but the only sorts of account it allows you to add are IMAP or POP3 accounts. How do I add an Exchange account?

You will have to add it in the calendar tab.
