Is it possible to change the text of the "Log In" button?

As the title says, is it possible to customise the text of the "Log In" button? I don't see an option for it in the greeter .conf file and I'm not sure that it's possible with CSS.

It is not possible to change the text of the login button unless you build the application yourself or add a translation. These strings are static so translators can add localizations. It may be possible with some CSS wizardry, but you'd have to look into that yourself.
