Per-seat default username

Asked by Kas-fi on 2014-12-05

I use lightdm with gtk2 greeter on Fedora 20 with multiseat. A minor annoyance is that the greeter displays by default the login name of the user which has logged into X session last, regardless of the seat used. Can I change this somehow? I have two main users, and each one uses his own seat mostly, so it would make sense to have his login name displayed on his seat by default.

There is one temporary file for all greeter instances and seats (which used to save last logged user name).
LightDM do not provide API to obtain current seat info.

Can you help with this problem?
