White background in dark mode

Hi there,

first of all thank you for your work on this app. It has served me well for about 10 years now. The encryption and password protection opens a private space I would otherwise not feel...

My question is if there is a possibility to turn the writing space dark too when going into dark mode. Unfortunately I can turn everything dark except the text editor. I often write early in the morning and would appreciate to turn that dark too. Right now I use another editor with dark background and copy&paste it afterwards into Lifeograph but that doesn't seem like a long term solution.

Hello Jon,

You can use a dark entry theme for that purpose. In pre-2.0 versions this is done by adding themes to tags and for the default theme by editing the "untagged". In version 2.0 and above there is a themes tab in the bottom panel.
