How can I edit my tags?

I would like to edit some tags.

Is this possible?

If yes, how can I do it?

Just click to a tag on the tag list to edit it.

I found one can edit the tag's name by selecting it from the tags list, then clicking on its name in the header bar in the next view.
I didn't find that intuitive, would have preferred it being available in the main part of that view (it's greyed out and looks just like a header, not like something that can be changed).
