Lifeograph

lifeograph 1.0 not starting

I loaded up Mint 16 KDE x64, installed lifeograph from software manager. Opens but cannot open documentation or create a new folder.

I switched to mint16 because I could not get lifeograph to work in PCLinuxOX KDE x64.

Any help would be great. Thanks

Which version of Lifeograph did you install?
Why can't you open documentation? What kind of error do you get? Please provide more detail.

Version: 0.11.1.dfsg-3

When I click on open documentation, window closes, and nothing happens. no error message.

I went to a terminal, opened a man page. tried to open a file from there, but says :
INFO: No configuration file, maiden voyage!
ERROR: File cannot be opened
Segmentation fault

I tried the "create file" but file not creating.

It may be a KDE compatibility problem. Can you build the version 1.0.0 from source? It should work better under KDE. No PPA available right now for some problems, sorry.

Looks like you were right, I switched to xfce and opens right up.

Gave me an excuse to try another desktop, so far I like it.
