Lifeograph

incompatible version of diary

I have used this program about a 3 months ago. I wanted to keep writing now, but when I open my diary, with an upgraded version I got a message that sais: "Selected diary is not compatible with this version of Lifeograph. Please select another file..."

Can you give me an advise, what should I do?

The diary file does not have an extension .diary by default

The first three line of the diary is:
LIFEOGRAPHDB
V 56
E yes

os: Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal, Lifeograph 0.6.3

First of all, ".diary" extension is optional. Your diary file version is 56. You should be able to open it with Lifeograph 0.6.3. I have added a table to Lifeograph wiki that shows Lifeograph versions and diary versions they support: http://lifeograph.wikidot.com/documentation
If your situation does not conform to that table's requirements, please report a bug.
