I am afraid I do not know how to do that; I have not worked with the webkit parts of Android.

It should probably work in theory, however libsvg is not a complete SVG implementation. Maybe it is better to take the source for webkit from the Android project and rebuild it with the SVG parts enabled? (Webkit source comes with a complete SVG implementation, if I recall correctly.)

Yes - the specific purpose is to be able to rasterize static SVG images in Android applications. (i.e. libsvg-android does not support embedded scripts in the SVG file.)
